Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from DevsCrew, including credits, subscriptions, templates, consulting, implementation, custom development, maintenance, support packages, retainers, deposits, and related services.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final and there are no refunds.

Before purchasing credits, subscriptions, services, templates, support packages, implementation work, or any other offering, you are responsible for reviewing the purchase details, pricing, scope, usage limits, renewal terms, service description, deliverables, timeline, and applicable third-party requirements.

Completing a purchase, approving an invoice, accepting a proposal, starting a subscription, or authorizing work confirms that you have reviewed the relevant details and agree to this Refund Policy.

Credits

Credits, credit packages, prepaid balances, usage allocations, or similar purchase units have no cash value and may only be used for the services or access described at purchase or in the applicable agreement.

Credits are final once purchased. Unused credits are not converted to cash or returned after purchase.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may renew according to the billing cycle, checkout terms, invoice, proposal, or written agreement presented to you. You are responsible for reviewing subscription scope, renewal timing, cancellation requirements, and included services before subscribing.

Stopping future renewal does not change the final sale status of amounts already charged.

Services And Custom Work

Service fees, consulting fees, discovery fees, implementation fees, retainers, deposits, custom development work, design work, AI integration work, marketplace development work, support packages, maintenance packages, and similar professional services are final once purchased or approved.

Custom work often reserves team capacity, starts planning, uses technical resources, or depends on third-party tools and platform requirements. You should confirm scope, assumptions, timeline, deliverables, and responsibilities before authorizing work.

Third-Party Fees

Third-party tools, hosting providers, app stores, payment processors, AI providers, marketplace platforms, SaaS platforms, plugins, licenses, subscription tools, and other external services are governed by their own terms and billing policies.

DevsCrew is not responsible for charges, billing decisions, account restrictions, service changes, or policy decisions made by third-party providers.
