SceneAccess
Thailand's first location booking platform for creatives
Thailand's first location booking platform for creatives.
Overview
A location booking marketplace for creative production teams
SceneAccess is a location booking platform for creatives, production teams, agencies, photographers, filmmakers, and hosts in Thailand. It helps creatives discover locations, request or confirm bookings, manage changes, handle payments, and keep production-related transaction records organized.
The product is more complex than a listing directory because every booking can involve dates, hours, overtime, invoices, payment state, rescheduling, host approval, and communication between multiple parties.
The challenge
Reflecting real production workflows inside marketplace logic
Creative location bookings rarely behave like a simple appointment. A shoot can run long, require invoice records, shift dates, involve host rules, and need localized payment handling before the booking can be trusted.
The client needed custom workflows beyond a marketplace template. Omise payments, overtime logic, reschedule handling, invoice logic, and AI-assisted decision support had to work together so creators and hosts could manage bookings without manual coordination.
The platform also needed to serve two very different roles. Creatives need speed, clarity, and confidence before booking, while hosts need control, visibility, and structured records for each transaction.
What we built
Booking workflows for creative locations
The build centered on transaction confidence, host control, and production-specific booking rules.
Booking flow
The booking flow guides creatives from location discovery to date selection, summary review, payment, and confirmation. It keeps key booking details visible so production teams understand what they are committing to.
Omise payments
Localized payment support through Omise makes checkout feel appropriate for the market. It gives SceneAccess a clearer path to secure booking transactions in Thailand.
Overtime logic
Overtime handling supports cases where production time runs beyond the original booking. This reduces manual disputes and gives hosts a structured way to account for additional usage.
Invoice logic
Invoice records provide booking and payment documentation for creators, companies, agencies, and hosts. This is important for professional production workflows where transactions need a reliable paper trail.
Reschedule logic
Reschedule flows let users request date changes without losing booking context. The system keeps the workflow organized so hosts and creatives can respond to changes cleanly.
AI logic
AI-assisted logic helps the platform support faster decisions and operational guidance. It adds intelligence around marketplace workflows without removing the structured booking process.
How the platform works
From location search to completed production booking
A creative user searches for locations, reviews detail pages, checks suitability, and starts a booking request or booking flow. Payment, invoice, and timing rules are handled inside the transaction so both sides understand the booking terms.
If a shoot needs to move, the reschedule workflow preserves the booking context. If the booking runs long, overtime logic gives the platform a structured way to account for the additional time and keep the host workflow clear.
Why this mattered
Product value beyond the interface.
